i have a question about the link in the STUDY ABROAD section... there it is written to study abroad ECON we neet to take GRE and TOEFL.. do we have to take GRE? What about GMAT ? sorry for writing comment not related to the topic.

Whether you take GRE or GMAT depends on what grad school you will apply to. If you apply to an econ grad school in the US, you have to take GRE. And if you choose a business school in the US, you have to take GMAT. If you apply to an econ grad school in England or Australia and New Zealand, you might need no GRE and no GMAT.
However, these are general information about the grad application. If you want to get the correct info, I would like you to ask the grad schools you will apply to.
The STUDY ABROAD homepage, which you pointed out, is made by a LSE Japanese student, who graduated from Tokyo University and now majors in development economics at LSE.
His name is Kudamatsu. He is a very kind man and is familiar with the matters on studying abroad(at least more than I!). If you like, you would be happy to ask him.
