On Christians and Social welfare

Christians whom I know are kind to each other, but they aren't kind to others. Well, that's not true, but every believer might as well. Historically Christians build churches and the community and try to help each others by collecting contributions from each other. Then all they need is exclude others to keep them from benefiting without donation. Since the birth of modern welfare states, they have included and tried to help all the people with medicare and medicaid, and as a result have a serious fiscal problem. Can we solve the fiscal problem by excluding 'others'?

私の知るキリスト教者は、お互いには親切だが、他人には不親切だ。しかし、それは間違いで、いかなる人も同様だろう。歴史的に、キリスト教者は献金を集め、教会を建て、コミュニティーを形成することで互いを助け合った。そのとき、献金をしない人を排除する必要があった。しかし、現代的な福祉国家の誕生以降、全ての人を含め、救済しようとした結果、深刻な財政問題を抱えている。我々は「排除」という手段で、これを解決していかなければならないのか。
